Contact Mitchell D. Pawlan  

Mitch is an attorney and C.P.A. and concentrates his law practice in the areas of wealth management and business law. He has been a practicing attorney since 1982 and also has extensive experience as a tax accountant. Mitch has been a featured speaker for many brokerage firms, professional associations and other organizations in the area of wealth management. Mitch current serves as trustee for many different trusts and is responsible for the management of tens of millions of dollars of client assets. He also is a past and present director and officer of various public charities and private foundations.

Mitch received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Illinois State University and his law degree from The John Marshall Law School. He belongs to various Bar associations.

Contact Lisa A. McDonough 

Lisa is an attorney and concentrates her practice in the areas of business succession planning, general corporate matters, real estate, contract law and estate planning.  She has been practicing law since 1999 and speaks before a variety of groups on various areas of her practice.  Lisa joined Pawlan Law, LLC in 2003 and has been working with Mitch since she started her professional career.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Loyola University of Chicago and earned her law degree and a certificate in Environmental and Energy Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law.  She belongs to various Bar associations and is also involved with several different charities.

Contact Valerie B. Keer-Dryman  

Valerie is a legal assistant and works closely with Mitch and Lisa in all areas of the practice since she started in 2010. Valerie attended Loyola University (Chicago) and was previously the executive assistant to the president of a financial services company. She is also involved with various charities.
